We'll be using smart classrooms and lecture halls for our sessions. Most of the rooms have a smart podium, with an in-podium Windows PC; however, we recommend you present with your own laptop running Mac OS X or Microsoft Windows.

If you're going to present with a Mac laptop, be sure to either bring or coordinate access for a VGA adapter. Apple has many adapter styles, be sure you find one for your laptop model.

Internet/WiFi & port restrictions

There is Visitor WiFi available in all our rooms, but you must download the VPN client from Rollins. If you need outside access, we recommend using the wired ethernet connection.

Slides

We will be asking you to upload your slides to our site - please use the Print to PDF function of your presentation tool. We will also give you permission to edit your session's page with any relevant info or links related to your session.
