Adding Social Media to your Communications Toolbox: First Steps

Where to start? Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube - these public platforms are free to use, but they still require people and time to maintain and sustain an effective presence. What questions should we be asking to choose where and how we can best use these tools to serve our mission and support our constituencies. This session is a workshop that will help attendees focus on how to plan, launch and grow a strong social media presence that meets their organizational goals.
